About Us
I am experienced in both Fannie Mae, and Narrative Appraisals, I have worked closely with Attorney's, Conventional Banks , and Mortgage Companies.

I am owner and principal Broker of CASTEEL REAL ESTATE, INC., since 1987. I have additional sales staff to take care of the real estate sales, which affords me the time necessary to process the appraisals on a professional and timely basis.

I am computerized with the latest software in the appraisal field, and comply with all Fannie Mae and USPAP guidelines.

Qualifications
Gwen M. Casteel is a Certified Residential Appraiser, appraising residential, 1-4 family dwellings, and farms. Gwen is aslso a pre-licensing Instructor for real estate salespersons and broker classes. A member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, the Indiana Assoc. of Realtors and the National Assoc. of Realtors
